Surround Mixing!

I’ve recently been in the process of upgrading my studio to be surround-capable. Though this decision was primarily to accommodate my increased volume of audio post work for film and video, an added bonus is that I can now mix music in surround in my very own studio!

Surround music mixing is not something I’ve had many opportunities to do, so I’m looking to practice and get the techniques down a little more. Thus, I’m presenting a LIMITED TIME OFFER for music clients: if I’ve mixed a song or an album for you in the past (or if I’ll be mixing something for you in the near future), I’ll re-mix one of your songs in surround, free of charge! These requests will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, when I have downtime. No guaranteed timeline–it may be weeks or months depending on my workload. If you want something mixed in surround by a specific deadline, we can work discounted rate. Also, note that in order to enjoy these mixes, you’ll have to either come visit my studio in Brooklyn, or have a surround playback system of your own.

Also, note that my setup is currently 5.0. Subwoofer coming soon to put me fully in 5.1.
